Zeke Freeman


Growing up spending summers on his family's farm in Pennsylvania, Zeke Freeman gained an appreciation for the rich heritage of artisanal food production. As an adult, he turned his passion for food into a full-time pursuit of the culinary arts, working with world-renowned chefs Alain Ducasse and Daniel Boulud. Stepping out of the kitchen, Freeman began working for Dean & DeLuca in New York City. In his pursuit of unique foods and makers for the upscale retailer, Freeman was inspired to source American single-floral varietal honeys.
