Christelle Scharff


Dr. Christelle Scharff is a Full Professor of Computer Science at Pace University in New York City. She is currently the Chair of the Computer Science Department. She teaches programming languages, databases, internet programming, software engineering and mobile computing. She taught in the US, France, Senegal, Cambodia, Benin and Vietnam. She published more than 40 papers on global software development and mobile computing. She received a best paper award at the ICGSE 2009 (International Conference on Global Software Engineering) in 2009 for a paper entitled "Quality indicators on Global Software Development Projects: Does 'Getting to Know You' really matter?".
