Wendy Johnson


Dr. Johnson has over 25 years of experience in primary care, public health and global health as a clinician, teacher, policy-maker, technical advisor and manager. She currently serves as Chief Medical Officer of La Familia Medical Center, a large community clinic in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She holds academic appointments in Global Health at the University of Washington and in Community Health at the University of New Mexico. Previously, she directed a program to scale-up HIV prevention and treatment in Mozambique and also served as Medical Director of the Cleveland Department of Public Health.
