Aaron McDaniel

Aaron McDaniel is an entrepreneur, speaker, author and corporate manager with a passion for helping organizations better engage their millennial customers and empower their millennial employees. Currently, he is the co-founder and CEO of Access Invest, an alternative investment aggregation platform that is revolutionizing private investing. At the age of 27, Aaron was one of the youngest ever to serve as Regional Vice President at AT&T, a Fortune Global 100 company, and taught a highly rated course on leadership as a student at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business. As a successful entrepreneur Aaron has founded many ventures including two that were acquired (Tycoon, the first real estate crowdfunding platform to be acquired & Pong360, an e-commerce portal targeting college students).  Aaron is the author of The Young Professional's Guide to the Working World (an international top 10 listed book printed in multiple languages) and The Young Professional's Guide to Managing and has been written about in Forbes, Inc., Entrepreneur, Bloomberg BusinessWeek and US News & World Report. He has also been heard on NPR & CBS Radio, seen on ABC's Shark Tank and has spoken to groups of executives & young professionals at top companies and organizations like Wells Fargo, The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Academy, Deloitte Consulting, UnitedHealth Group and the United Way.
